Some notes below about the programs on our schedule: â€‹

• Not a member but just looking to drop-in? We offer drop-ins at $20/class. KickFit Bootcamp is the exception; no drop-ins are permitted for this program. Refer to our pricing page for more pricing details about the class.

Kids' programs (both Muay Thai & jiu jitsu) will be open for ages 6-15 years for Muay Thai, and ages 6-12 years for jiu jitsu. We may add classes for the littlest ones in the future as we grow, so let us know if this is something of interest. Kids' Muay Thai will not include sparring, but instead focus on a proper technical foundation to set them up for the next stage of their Muay Thai journey in the Adult class, where they will learn sparring under coached guidance. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Leglock Class is a specialized class to deep-dive into the world of leg-locks, one of Drew's specialties. While we will cover these in regular jiu jitsu classes, the goal of a leglock-specific class is to approach this area with greater depth than we would have time to cover in a standard class and prepare students for competition. A must for folks who wish to compete.

• The difference between Fundamentals and Advanced Jiu Jitsu is breadth and conceptual overviews, versus depth and specificity. This is covered further within our FAQs. We can confidently tell you that all belt levels will benefit from either class - upper belts may find the Fundamentals course will bolster their understanding of the game; and lower belts will still be able to further scaffold their learning experience within the Advanced class hours. We welcome and encourage all levels at all classes.

Open Mat will be welcome to all visitors -- all affiliations, all skill levels, all ages -- and always free. We believe in the value of cross-training in lifting up the jiu jitsu community together.

KickFit Bootcamp is free for All-Access & Muay Thai members; it runs on a 6-week cycle. No sparring, just a great way for anyone from our athletes to the general public to get their sweat on before heading across the street for brunch. A high-paced, fun way to get your cardio on if the treadmill's getting boring. Drop-ins will not be permitted for this program.

• And last but not least: black and brown belts train for free.
